He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Ann. He is survived by: his former wives, Susan Bangerter and Linda Ann Brunson; his siblings, Susan Johnson, Terry, Lance and Alan Johnson; and his children, Kristin, Shane and Michael. He is also survived by six granddaughters.
