He is survived by: his children, James McCook, Jr. and Shawn Robb; and his siblings, Lynda Gardner (Edson), Kenneth McCook (Kathie), Anita Jane McCook and Roosevelt. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
