We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2019, at the age of 68, Zina Kincaid (Provo, Utah), born in Seattle, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Barbara Ellen Handy and Billings Brown; and her child Zina. She was also cherished by her parents, two cousins, a nephew, and a granddaughter.
Donations in Zina's memory can be made to the Highly Capable program in Everett public schools where Zina touched the hearts of many students.
