She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Evans and Bernice Evans; her husband Jerry (Jerry); her children, Jerry Marie and Richard Eugene; and her grandson Richard Crawford.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Hurst, Patty Davis, Ricky Hurst (MykeAnne) and Vickie Lynn. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
