He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Salgaj and Joseph Edward Dandy; and his sisters, Maija Salgaj, Katarina Vadunec (Mato) and Mary Helen Demro (Howard Garner) of Green Bay, Wisconsin..
He is survived by: his wife Jelka; his children, Palma and Steve; his former wife Shirley Rae Allred Stubbs; his stepdaughter Susan Stubbs; his son Michael Stephen Stubbs; his great-nephew Ricard Roy; his nephew David Demro of Green Bay; his brothers, Steven, Ivan and Frank Lawrence Salgy of Duluth, Minnesota.; his children, Cheryl Ann Ellison (James F.), Ricky A. Salgy, Randy D. Salgy and Larry J. Salgy (Rose Szymanski) of West Seneca; his stepdaughters, LeAnn Stewart (Kent) and Susan Lamb (Richard); his niece Jerris (Robert); and also, James Joseph Dandy and Astrid Mosquera. He is also survived by his many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and loyal friends.
