He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Henry Clark and Donna Park Clark; his wife Linda Mae Lee Clark; and his brother Terry Clark (Tyree). He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Salmon (Steven Salmon), Shantel Robinson (Scott Robinson), Richelle Thurston (Orson Paul Thurston) and Jennie Platt (Gordon Platt); and his family Provo. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
