He is survived by: his wife Karen Tanner Allen; his children, Merilee Swain (Steven), Scott Allen (Angela), Julie Connors and Michael Allen; his grandchildren, Christie, Jordan, Alex, Nathan Swain, Katy, Savannah, Bentley Allen, Claire, Stella and George Connors; his sister Carol Ann Lemon (Al); and his sister-in-law Janet Allen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
