She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Reed and Dorothy Terry; her uncle Dean Reed Terry; and her aunt Debbie Rumer. She is survived by: her parent Jolene Chamberlain; her siblings, Blake Nuttall (Shalece), Chase Nuttall and Danika Foht (Josh); her nieces and nephews, Tenley, Emrey, Wyatt, Gracie and Weston; her great-nephew Elliott; and her pets, Remi and Ellie.
Viewing was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lakeside 14th Ward (2530 W 200 S St, Provo, UT 84601).
