She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Wilmer Ward and Olive Almeda Campbell Ward; her husband Richard Stansfield Christensen (Dick); her brothers, Jay and Lowell (Dick); her children, Bry Christensen (Cheri) of Orem, Denise Durrans of Orem, Dennis Christensen (Lila) of Elk Ridge and Serena Warner (Mark) of Provo; and her siblings, Dallas Ward and Joyce Ward. She was also cherished by grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren.
