He was predeceased by: his parents, Sione and Melena'a; his wife Sioana; and his siblings, Penifale, Isikeli, Saulala, Uila, Ane and Lu'isa.
He is survived by: his children, Corona Ngatuvai (Jenn), Winnie Ngatuvai, Teo Ngatuvai (Claudia), Jim Ngatuvai (Michel), Caleb Ngatuvai (Soana) and Arnold Ngatuvai (Araceli); and his sister Luseane Malohi. He is also survived by twenty eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and his youngest.
