He was predeceased by: his father Arlin Waters (Mother Judy); and his son Todd. He is survived by: his mother Judy Waters; his girlfriend Tammy; his siblings, Dana Puddington (David), Kevin Waters (Linda) and Chris Waters; and his brother-in-law Dwayne Huffaker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and Tammy's daughters and grandchildren.
