She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Amstutz and Maxine Amstutz. She is survived by: her brother Rick Amstutz (Pat); her nieces and nephews, Randy Bauman (Sue), Candi Bown (Brent) and Scott Bauman (Stephanie); her stepsons, Jeremy Lythgoe (Melissa) and Kenneth Lythgoe; her close friend Donald Lythgoe; and also, Rosa, Krista and Joel. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
