He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia; his children, Kurt (Nancy Naylor), Kenneth (Nancy Moulton), Michael (Guadalupe Meza Ozuna) and Christina; his parents, William Clair Rowley and Roberta Benson; and his siblings, Doyle, Austin, Donald, Clair Dale, Afton Topham, Robert Rowley and Douglas Rowley. He was also cherished by friends, sometimes with sons or grandchildren.
