He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Millett and Lillian Freestone Millett; and his siblings, Howard, Lyal, Teddy, Donald and Ethel Mae Hale.
He is survived by: his children, Zoe Weed (Kevin), Diane Millett, Richard Millett (Julie), Tim Millett (Laurie), Karen Bell (Jeff), Lisa Fisher (Nathan) and Randy Millett (Briana). He is also survived by seven children, 26 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the General Missionary Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
