He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Sophie Brydson and William Dean Harding; his stepfather Milton Riley Young; his daughter-in-law Becky; and his daughter Roxanne.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Rasmussen; and his children, Ray, Jr. (Becky), Doug (Cindy), Darrell (Linley), Matt (Reneé), Chris Gold (Toby) and Kathy Davies (Lincoln). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, and 39 great-grandchildren.
