He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ordell Kelly and Fern Greenwood Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Chloe Ann Kelly; and his children, Kimberly (Steven), Christopher (Jennifer), Molly (David), Matthew (Jamie) and Michael (Angela).

Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Hills 9th Ward (1960 N 1500 E, Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the American Fork Cemetery (26 W 600 N St, American Fork, UT 84003).
