He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Rasmussen and Alvira Rasmussen (Jensen); his sister Darlene Olsen (Vern); his wife Arnela Rasmussen (Baum); and his daughter Starla Kay Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Rasmussen (Stephanie) and Pennie Fitzwater (Gordon); and his grandchildren, Robert Oliver Pagnani (Stacey), Nick Pagnani (Holly), Kaytlin Butler (Mike), Cori Rasmussen Fincher (Levi), Dillon Rasmussen and Ivan Fitzwater (Jozlyn). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
