She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Coats and Edith F. Breeze Coats; her brother Glen Coats; and her grandson Michael John Mendenhall. She is survived by: her significant other John Lund Bawden; her children, Jim, Cindy Bawden, Brenda, Ed Edwards, Brian Bawden, Janene, Brent Nordin, Julie, David Bailey, Barbara and Preston Miner; and her siblings, Jeannee Rupp of Tremonton and Robert Coats of Riverton. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Edgemont 1st Ward (3700 North 303 West Provo, UT 84604). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
