With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mike Rees (Provo, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on November 8, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, H. David Rees and Elizabeth "Betty" Rees. He is survived by: his wife Janet D. Rees; his brothers, John Rees and James Rees (Mary Ann); his children, Steven (Cynthia), Michelle (Chip) and Wendy (Brigham); his grandchildren, Hunter (Brooke), Jessica, Tyler, Rachel (Zach), Curtis (Susie), Lauren (Kaleb), Carter (Lauren), Caden, Kate (Drew), Emma, Bennett and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Charlotte, Adam and Remi.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Ward (3511 N 180 E, Provo, UT 84604). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial (4800 N 650 E St, Provo, UT 84604).
