He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forti and Anne Forti; and his brother John Forti. He is survived by: his wife Christine Marie Forti; his daughters, Ashley Hanson and Amanda Livermore; his children-in-law, Timothy and Reese; his grandchildren, Bella Reese and Brooks Michael; his brother Tom Forti; and the mother of his children Mary Draper (Tim Draper).
