Mary Helen McClain Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Helen McClain (Provo, Utah), born in Elmhurst, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard McPherson; her former husband John Chaput; and her husband Larry McClain. She is survived by: her mother Anna McPherson; her children, Nicole Stier (Jon), DeeAnna Schulz (Kristopher), Molly McClain (Christopher Horning) and Michael McClain (Carrie); her grandchildren, Jonathon, Zachary, Joseph, James Stier, Oscar, Sophia Schulz, Abigail Ybanez and Colton McClain; and her siblings, Faith Ornelas (John), Hope McPherson, Theresa Beaumont, Matthew and Jonathan McPherson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in her memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at pancan.org.
