He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn Smith; his stepdaughters, Jessica McCreary (Matt) and Jennifer Andrews-Kamish (Travis); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Coffey (Cameron), Carrie Richardson (Jay Myers) and Jaiden Andrews; and his siblings, Therese Hester (Randy), Paul Smith (Katie) and Michael Smith.
