He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lavar Ferris and Elaine Ewell Ferris; his wife Esther; his children, Camille Rawlings (Chris) and Trevor Ferris; his stepchildren, Angela, William and Michael Doramus; his grandchildren, Autumn, Sage, Chloe and Mary; and his siblings, Nancy Haines (Bill) and Terry Ferris (Carole). He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren.
