She was predeceased by: her parents, August Lewis and Leah May Lewis; her husband Merlin; and her grandsons, Dustin and Jarod Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Danny (Lisa), Loreli (Russ), Bryan (Michelle) and Merlene (Todd); her grandchildren, Michael (Jenilynn), Hanah (Marshall), Jonathan, Justin (NaKayla), Trent (Kylie), Travis, McKenna, Ashlynn-Kate and Jason; her great grandchildren, Christian, Paityn, Ellie, Brayden, Bowden, Jayden, Hailey, Riley and Kessler; and her friend Daryl Perkins.
