He was predeceased by: his mother Hattie Birgithe Madson Knight. He is survived by: his father Eldred Vinson Knight (Larry); his former wife Jewel Olpin; his wife JoAnn Lytle; his children, Karen Cushenberry (Bill), Leslie Rock (Terry), Joe Knight (Donielle), Sandy Dearden (Doug), Dan Knight (Amy), Katy Knight, Ann Dee Ellis (Cameron), Sam and Tommy; his son-in-law Ron; his granddaughter Kristi; and his great grandchild Charlotte. He is also survived by thirty-one grandchildren and thirty-five great grandchildren.
He and Jewel were excellent examples of hard work, compassion, and charity. When Jewel became sick with Alzheimer's Disease, Larry tenderly took care of her.
