He is survived by: his siblings, Marsha (Del Shumway) and Vaughn (Cecelia); and his children, Beth (Scott Adkins), David (Leslianne), Mark (Rachel), Cheryl (David Campbell), Beverly (Spencer Terry), Rebecca (Derek Warnick), Melanie (Mark Epling), Michael and Saralyn (Timothy Workman).
