He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Leah Dilworth Nielson; his siblings, Lori Hadlock, Aurelia Clemons (Richard), Dennis Nielson, Merritt Nielson (Robin) and Nita Fishburn (Ron); his sister-in-law Loa Nielson; and his son-in-law Travis Long.
He is survived by: his wife Graciela (Grace); his brothers, Allen Nielson and Kim Nielson (Denise); his sister-in-law Laura Nielson (Grace); his nieces and nephews, Lanny Jr. (Trisha) and Krystle Long; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Coombs (Josh) and Jayden. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
