He is survived by: his children, Tonya of Provo, Nikki (Mark) of Spring Lake, Shane of Craig, Jeremy of Provo and Kristy of Spanish Fork, Utah.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Mandi, Kaitlyn, Lexi, Austin and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Oaklynn, Shaylynn, Deagan, Toni and Lincoln.
