It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karl Nelson Snow Jr. of Provo, Utah, born in Saint George, Utah, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Heather Houston; and his son-in-law James Andersen. He is survived by: his sons, Karl Nelson Snow III (Beverly Rust), Daniel Dain Snow (Ruth Ann Clark) and Howard Hunter Snow; his wife Donna; and his children, Melissa Houston (Patrick), Jeanmarie Andersen and Elisabeth Willis (Ron). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

In March 2020 the Utah State Legislature passed a citation, approved by the governor, to recognize Karl's significant lifetime contributions to the governance of the State.
