He is survived by: his parents, Robert Keith Carter and Geri Davis Carter; his children, Chase Carter and Josie Knorr; his sisters, Rachelle Rieske (Kevin), Erika Cobbley (Destry), Cami Adamson (Larry) and Carly Carter; and also Sam Carter. He is also survived by 1 grandchild; and 15 nieces and nephews along with countless friends.

He was always there to lend a hand, embodying the spirit of charity and community.
