It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Chamberlain (Provo, Utah), born in Kanab, Utah, who passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Hugh Chamberlain and Ramona Anderson Chamberlain; his sisters, Yvonne (Buck Christensen), Donna (Garry Graf) and Lucille (Earl Cardon); and his foster daughter Neda Spencer Billie.

He is survived by: his wife Donna McConkie; his children, David (Monica Davis), Cami (Mark Shields), Mark (Sandra Workman), Robert (Monica LeRoy), Amy (Dan Brooks), Angie (Travis Probst) and Matt (Lacey Phillips); and his siblings, Brent (Kathryn Ott) and Sherrie (John Misel). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
