It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Armstrong Raynor of Provo, Utah, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her significant other Wally; her son Thales; her great grandchild Emil Daniel Bauer; her parents, Nina Coral Heltzel and Dice Samuel Armstrong; her siblings, James Armstrong (Kay), John Dice Armstrong and Patty Jensen (Rex); and her sister-in-law Georgie Snyder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Nohrden (Greg), Nina Barnes (Keith) and Sabrina Petersen (Eric); her daughter-in-law Victoria Parker Raynor; and her siblings, Sonja Cunningham, Martha Walker (Denny) and Gary Armstrong (Lorraine). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Jo Ann, donations can be sent to Southern Utah Veterans Home Nursing Scholarship Program.
