He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Neubauer Tolk. He is survived by: his father Norman Tolk; his children, Michal, Whitman and Leo; and his siblings, Bentley (Jennifer Durham), David (Lisa Harris), Rebecca (Dan Clark) and Amy (J. Kirk Richards). He is also survived by his wife and children.
In the mountains and in the air, he felt very little of his Parkinson's symptoms.
