He is survived by: his wife Jan Kofoid of Bottineau, ND; his children, Lindsay and Dustin (Amy); his grandson Kobe; his brothers, John (Kay) of Jenks, OK and Dick (Mary Lee) of Kalamazoo, MI; and his nieces and nephews, Geralyn Nash, Jackie Ankney, Tami McNally, Karin Kofoid Peterson, James Lawson, Robert, Garrett, Chad, Ryan, Sean, Jeremy, Jason McNally, Matt, Mark Hatloy and Jeff Kofoid.
