He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Francis and Elizabeth Francis; his son Dallan Francis (Cristine); and his brother Vaughn Francis. He is survived by: his wife Deanne Tanner Francis; his children, Brett Francis (Jonell), Shannon Clegg (Steven), Morgan Francis (Heather), Brooke Rowe (Ed) and Nicole Kelsch (Will); and his siblings, JoAnn Phillips, Dixie Page, Larry Francis and Ron Francis. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
