He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Woodrow E. Evans (Beth Whitaker) and Ruth Udall Evans; and his siblings, JoEllen Poulsen and Kurt Udall Evans. He is survived by: his stepmother Beth Whitaker Evans; his siblings, Paul K. Evans (Theone), Carol Janet Anderson (David), Raymond W. Evans (Susan), Noel J. Evans (Cheryl) and Leah Kristina "Tina" Andrews (Kevin); his stepsiblings, Wendy Candland (Noel), Bonnie Whitaker, Thomas Whitaker (Linda), Douglas Whitaker (Valerie) and Lisa Davis (John); and his nephew Andrew Poulsen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
