She is survived by: her husband Garth Torgersen; her children, Charles Alvin Bird (Cathy), Valois Hymas (Chuck), Dennis, Joleen Davis (Mark), Lorna Bergendorf (Craig) and Denise Durtschi (Lawrence); and her brother Mel Hudman (Shirley). She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
