She was predeceased by: her parents, Nephi Leyshon and Madge Leyshon; her husband Henry R. Gardner; her sister Shirley L. Averett; and her great grandchildren, Emberly Lynn and Linley RaNae Christensen.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Stewart (Brent), Kathryn Perry (Evan), R. Bradley Gardner (Abby) and Kerry Lynn Baker; her sisters, Evelyn L. Peterson and Linda L. Bahr; and her sister-in-law Ruth P. Gardner. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

Her happiest contribution to life was bearing and raising her children.
