She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tielking and Ruby Tielking. She is survived by: her husband Felix; her children, Richard Kopp, Eric Kopp, Gregory Kopp and Karla Virgadamo-Eareckson; and her children-in-law, Denise, Christina and Phil.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer Association in Dorothy's honor. (act.alz.org) The family would also like to express their gratitude to Sage House, the medical professionals, caregivers, and friends who supported Dorothy during her journey.
