He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewis and Maud Dixon Markham; and his sons, Michael and Alan. He is survived by: his wife Junece Jex Markham; and his children, Kevin Markham (Lisa), Mary Ann Christiansen (Randy), Karl Markham (Cathy) and Scott Markham. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant View 3rd Ward Chapel (650 Stadium Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery (420 S 400 E, Spanish Fork, UT 84660).
His work was marked by integrity and his contributions to the field were respected by all who knew him.
