He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Cox and Delpha Williams Forsyth; his wife Sheila Kay Jacobs; his brother Gregory Forsyth; his grandparents, Rees W. and Ruth Taylor Williams; his son-in-law Jared Lee Fondren; and his nephews, Christian and Joe Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Dierdre Fondren, Jacob Forsyth, Melissa McKown (Daniel), Kathryn Horman (Tom) and Jeffrey Forsyth (Allison); his grandchildren, Callie, Cassidy, Paul, Mya, Paige, Sheila, Hope, Craig, Blake, Luke, Charlie, Hank, Griffin, Lyla and Wesley; his siblings, Rosemary Adams (Thad), Clarke Forsyth and Rees Forsyth (Debbie); and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
