He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry and Norma; his brother Kenneth; and his stepson Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Jodi; his children, James, Amanda (Brayden) and Hailee; his siblings, Richard (Rauni), Kathy (Wally) and Carrie; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Max, Garrett, Destiny, Charlotte, Estelle, Phoenix and Harmony. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to an account set up at Mountain America Credit Union in his name.
