He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Howard Fullmer and Jackie Gai Chynoweth Fullmer; his brother Jay Fullmer Jr.; and his grandparents, Lawrence and Lavina Chynoweth.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Fullmer (Samantha) of West Valley, Jordan Fullmer (Katya) of Magna and Whitney Healy (Buck) of Meeker, Colorado; his stepdaughter Veronica Waldram of Kearns, Utah; his siblings, Kenneth Fullmer of Ferron and Jaylene Shurtleff (Cory) of Grand Junction, Colorado; and his uncle Lane Chynoweth (Marlene) of Ferron. He is also survived by three grandchildren so far, and three step-grandchildren.
