He is survived by: his former wife Betty Jean Chittock; his siblings, Mary Kathleen Blue and Robert Headman; his children, Shirley Ellen Headman, Daniel Edward Headman (LaurAnn), Laurel Headman and Kara Lee Larsen (Alan); his grandchildren, Tyler Jacob Headman, Kira Dianne Allred, Laura Lee Simpson (Skyler), Daryl Joe Allred, Alicia Allred, Zachary Ryan Headman and Connor Scott Headman; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Lee Simpson, Leo Eric Simpson and Hazel Rose Simpson.
