Blake Cornelius Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2018, at the age of 27, Blake Cornelius (Provo, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Brett Gene and Melissa Patterson Cornelius; his sister Cassi Christensen (Jason); and his grandparents, Pat Duncan Patterson, Don, Cordy Cornelius, Steve, Linda Turner, Rod and Vickie Patterson. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up at America First Credit Union under his name, Blake G Cornelius Memorial Fund (account number 9101346) to help with these unexpected funeral costs.
