She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Smith. She is survived by: her son Ron Smith (Marge); and her grandchildren, Cory (Wendy), Kip (Emily), Terri (Nathan) and Nikki. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
