She is survived by: her husband Ron Knudsen; her children, Kevin Knudsen (Mindy), Kenneth Knudsen (Amber), Kerri Reynolds (Brett), Kylene Stephenson (Amen) and Kirsten Humes (Anthony); and her siblings, Maure Baker (Pauline) and Stacy Rawlings (Theon). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

“The Oklahoma Littles have deep feelings of sorrow over the passing of Beth. But also, fond memories of the impact she had on our lives. Ron and Beth have been family to us. They sacrificed many nights over the course of several months as we were going through the recovery process of a critically ill premature baby. They did something for all our birthdays and other holidays. Beth had a beautiful singing voice here. She is an example of compassion and courage. An angel has returned home.”
