He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Fett and Lola Fett; his former wife Amelia Leonard; his children, Jay John, Bret Michael and Teri Lynn; his spouse Maryem Distefano; his stepchildren, Timothy, Michelle, Katie, Barry and Maryem; and his stepgrandchild Dakota.
