He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Vera; and his children, Mitzi Peterson (Jared) of Parker, Colorado, Ed Peay (Jessica) of Santaquin, Utah, Stacie Andersen (Steve) of Riverdale, Utah, Paul Peay (Mercede) of Orem, Utah, Kara Peay of Orem, Utah and Emily Harvey (Marlos) of Ogden, Utah..
