He is survived by: his parents, Charlotte Putman and Larry Putman; his daughter Layla; his siblings, Jennifer Bates (Josh), Jessica Stanley, Jason Putman (Camille) and Reagan Putman; and his grandmother Nancy Jackson. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
